Implementation Solutions Specialist IV

As an Implementation Solutions Specialist within the Commercial Bank International Onboarding, you will provide support for the implementation of Payments products and services . Partner with client and internal stake holders to help provide a best-in-class experience. This team will work with new and existing clients to onboard, upgrade or add new products and services within agreed turnaround time. This is a great entry point into the Client Onboarding organization.
Job responsibilities:
- Perform account services setup and any other in-scope Payments product implementation while adhering to policy and procedures, regulatory requirements within the risk and control framework
- Manage onboarding activities via phone, telepresence, and email; liaise with local Compliance, Legal, and Product where required
- Provide assistance to various internal partners to influence the end-to-end client experience and satisfaction.
- Own and drive transparency, escalation, and resolution of risks and issues to closure.
- Support process improvements by working closely with the team and functional partners to continually enhance the client on-boarding process.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client management or operations roles with BA/BS degree.
- Strong organizational skills both personally and across the working team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, time management, and attention to detail
- Strong English written/verbal communication ability, especially via phone and e-mail channels.
- Adaptable to a changing, dynamic work environment
- Proven ability to manage conflict
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other desktop/internet-based applications and tools.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Project management experience, would be beneficial
- Proficiency in languages besides English would be an added advantage
