Job Description

We are seeking a data-savvy, product-minded professional to support the delivery and evolution of data products within our Marketing Analytics (MACX) and Enterprise Analytics (EACX) organizations.

This role operates at the intersection of data engineering and product ownership, focused on building, refining, and supporting scalable data assets that enable analytics and marketing insights across the business. You will partner closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate requirements into data solutions, and ensure the quality, usability, and impact of data products within an evolving cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on large-scale data and analytics initiatives involving the integration and analysis of complex, high-volume datasets
  • Acquire, transform, and manage data from multiple sources to support analytics and business decisioning
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines, structures, and datasets within the data environment
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities; provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Interpret results using statistical and analytical techniques and present findings in a clear, concise manner
  • Partner with analytics teams and business stakeholders across multiple lines of business (e.g., business banking, consumer banking, wealth and institutional)
  • Translate business needs into scalable data products and continuously refine solutions based on user feedback and adoption
  • Support internal users by ensuring data accessibility, usability, and accuracy
  • Create documentation and knowledge resources to support onboarding and sustained use of data products
  • Measure and monitor data product performance, usage, and integrity; recommend improvements as needed
  • Ensure all data acquisition, usage, and outputs align with company standards and compliance requirements

What You’ll Be Focused On

  • Building and enhancing marketing and analytics data assets
  • Supporting and modernizing data pipelines, including migration from on-premise to cloud environments
  • Delivering scalable, high-quality data products that enable downstream analytics and decisioning
  • Partnering with internal clients to drive alignment, adoption, and impact

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Five to seven years of statistical and/or data analytics experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Working knowledge of analytics and statistical tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Experience with analytics, advanced analytics, and statistical methods
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract, organize, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns from complex data sets
  • Experience developing and maintaining data pipelines and working with relational and non-relational databases
  • Exposure to cloud-based data environments and data migration efforts from on-premise systems
  • Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake, Postgres, and Azure data technologies
  • Experience with data visualization tools is a plus
  • Demonstrated project management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work across technical and business teams, translating requirements into actionable data solutions
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00
