About the Role

As a Senior Analyst – Revenue Operations, you will play a critical role in supporting revenue growth and operational excellence across the renewal lifecycle. You will manage planning, reporting, forecasting, and governance activities that enable accurate decision-making and business performance tracking. Success in this role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders. You will help ensure data integrity, planning accuracy, and operational compliance while delivering actionable insights that support business objectives.

What You Will Be Doing

• Own and maintain renewal pipeline data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness across revenue operations processes

• Support long-range planning activities by developing, maintaining, and validating forecasting models and planning assumptions

• Manage account, territory, and ownership allocation frameworks to support revenue attribution and operational alignment

• Develop recurring leadership reporting packages that provide performance insights, trends, risks, and opportunities

• Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and deliver recommendations to support financial planning activities

• Track renewal milestones, risks, and account activities to improve visibility and execution across the renewal lifecycle

• Validate data across multiple systems and sources to ensure consistency, quality, and governance compliance

• Partner with sales, finance, operations, and business stakeholders to improve planning accuracy and reporting effectiveness

• Support process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies through data-driven recommendations

• Ensure adherence to governance standards, internal controls, audit requirements, and documented operational procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience

• Experience supporting revenue operations, sales operations, business operations, financial planning, or related functions

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, data analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights

• Experience working with CRM, ERP, or revenue management platforms

• Knowledge of forecasting, planning processes, performance reporting, and data governance practices

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple business functions

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, fintech, capital markets, or technology-driven organizations

• Knowledge of contract lifecycle management, renewals management, or subscription-based business models

• Experience with Dynamics 365, Power BI, SQL, or other reporting and analytics tools

• Understanding of audit, compliance, risk management, and internal control frameworks

• Experience supporting strategic planning, budgeting, or long-range forecasting initiatives
