About the Role
This role will focus on building and scaling our Family audience products—including Uber Teens, Uber Seniors, and Women Drivers—across the EMEA region. Your goal will be proving product-market fit, ensuring safe and reliable high-stakes journeys, and driving consumer engagement. This requires constructing product launch plans, owning complex operational projects, monitoring performance, and collaborating with cross-functional and local partners to build both go-to-market and mature product growth plans.
You will be part of the EMEA Rider Central Operations team, working closely with global Product and Engineering teams, as well as local Rider teams, to pilot, launch, and scale these critical segments. Depending on shifting business needs and strategic priorities, your focus may balance or rotate across any of these three core portfolios (Teens, Seniors, and Women Drivers). You will also collaborate with a broad range of cross-functional teams—including CRM, Safety, CommOps, Marketing, Legal, and Tax—to flesh out expansion plans and coordinate rollout activities for this highly visible and complex product suite.
What You’ll Do
- Support and/or execute product rollout and conduct post-launch monitoring activities together with Product and Engineering teams
- Lead regional and local deep dives on key metrics and build business cases for required processes and product changes
- Scope new product or feature expansion waves and identify necessary requirements across Ops and Safety Ops by working hand in hand with our partners
- Work with cross functional partners from Comms, Marketing, Policy and BD team on on-going strategy and initiatives aimed at driving user growth, rider trust and product awareness
- Drive local and regional strategy and act as a local leader by communicating business opportunities and performance updates across stakeholders.
- Report on portfolio’s progress and drive proactive insights aimed at streamlining product performance towards growing user engagement across these promising consumer segment
What You’ll Need
- Min 4 years of experience in a high-paced, data-driven organization (e.g., Tech start-up/scale-up, Management Consulting, or similar).
- Undergraduate or Master's degree.
- Project management and excellent execution skills, with a proven ability to manage complex rollouts across multiple region-wide stakeholders (Operations, Product, Marketing, Legal, Tax).
- Data-driven judgment and decision-making mentality rooted in strong analytical thinking.
- A creative, solution-oriented mindset with an "anything is possible" attitude.
Good to have
- Experience in marketplaces, consumer tech, mobility, travel, or hospitality.
- Familiarity with scheduled/pre-booked services or other high-stakes journeys (e.g., unaccompanied minors, accessible transport, specialized safety features).
- Experience operating across multiple EMEA countries and cultures.
- Hands-on experience with experimentation (A/B testing)
