Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. **Your role and responsibilities** The Recruiter Specialist - Talent Sourcing is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to support current and future hiring needs. This role focuses on building robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies, market research, and candidate engagement. The Recruiter Specialist partners closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver high-quality candidate slates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and maintaining strong talent networks. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition. * Proven experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and direct sourcing channels. * Hands-on experience using AI-powered sourcing and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn AI capabilities, Eightfold, SeekOut, hireEZ, Gem, Beamery, Phenom, or similar platforms). * Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and talent intelligence tools to identify, engage, and build diverse talent pipelines. * Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques, talent mapping, market mapping, and proactive sourcing methodologies. * Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and recruitment analytics tools. * Ability to analyze sourcing metrics and use data-driven insights to improve sourcing effectiveness and candidate conversion rates. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence recruiters and hiring managers. * Demonstrated ability to build and maintain talent pipelines for multiple functions and levels. * Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate experience. **Preferred technical and professional experience** • Data Analysis Tools: Exposure to leveraging data analysis tools to support discussions and implement simplification, innovation, and continuous improvement strategies in delivery. • Talent Management Systems: Experience working with talent management systems to ensure process alignment with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and business controls. • Industry Knowledge: Exposure to understanding client industries and competitive forces to develop effective recruiting and sourcing strategies.
