Verily Me is our consumer health application, reimagining how individuals access care, understand their health, and get personalized health recommendations from our team of registered clinicians. Verily Lightpath is a proactive, dynamic, and responsive personalized health program delivered through the Verily Me app, integrating health coaches and an advanced licensed clinical team, physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and registered dietitians with medical provider coverage in all 50 states, to serve a variety of clinical needs based on member input.
We are looking for a talented Program Manager to streamline our delivery engine and scale these impactful consumer health solutions. You will join the Product Operations team to help drive operational excellence, cross-functional alignment, and high-impact program delivery. Collaborating closely with product managers, TPMs, UX, Solution Delivery managers, as well as our clinical care operations teams, you will drive end-to-end program execution for Verily Me and Lightpath. This ranges from defining readiness checklists for new launches to scaling feedback loops and prioritization, with the opportunity to directly impact patient care frameworks and product health metrics at scale.
You will be responsible for maintaining and communicating timelines, tracking and monitoring risks, and establishing robust governance frameworks to ensure on-time launch and successful execution.
Responsibilities
PM Strategic Partnership: Partner closely with Product Management to translate product strategy and vision into iterative, actionable plans, ensuring a seamless and successful launch cadence for Verily Me and Lightpath.
XFN Execution & Dependency Tracking: Manage day-to-day workstream directions, connect cross-functional dots, and proactively resolve dependencies across product, marketing, software, and clinical teams.
Gap Identification & Solutioning: Monitor day-to-day program health to surface process gaps or operational roadblocks; schedule and facilitate targeted cross-functional sessions to design and put rapid solutions into practice.
Operational Rhythm & Communication: Drive the core operational rhythm (e.g., leadership syncs, launch readiness reviews) and manage the communication strategy, including Confluence hubs, to keep all stakeholders aligned.
Cross-Program Alignment & Optimization: Define, build, and optimize scalable operational systems and workflows for the product team, ensuring tight cohesion, shared roadmaps, and operational alignment between the Verily Me and the Lightpath programs.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in a business, technical, or healthcare-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience: 4+ years of program management or product operations experience within a fast-paced healthtech, or digital health organization.
Jira & Confluence Fluency: Proficiency with Jira and Confluence, including experience structuring multi-team projects, tracking cross-functional dependencies, and building clean status dashboards.
AI Tool Fluency: Practical, day-to-day experience using AI productivity tools (such as Google Gemini, Cursor, Claude or specialized project management AI extensions) to accelerate drafting, operational workflows, and data synthesis.
Adaptive Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with sensitivity to changing personalities and priorities, and a proven ability to establish solid relationships with cross-functional teams. Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to summarize key takeaways for executives or deep-dive into tactical details with execution teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Program Management Rigor & Agility: A proven track record of bringing structure to highly ambiguous, multi-stakeholder fast-moving programs, with the ability to improvise, work efficiently, and respond quickly to changes and a dynamic workflow.
Digital Health Expertise: Experience managing programs within highly regulated environments, including working alongside licensed clinical networks, health coaches, or HIPAA-compliant workflows.
Certifications: PMP or Prosci Change Management certifications are a plus.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $119,000 - $179,000
+ bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
