The role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, coordinating vendors and stakeholders, client presentations, and training. Reporting to Director of Implementation. Required: 5+ years leading enterprise client-facing implementations, strong communication and leadership, cross-functional team management, experience with complex SaaS/health-tech solutions. Position is remote-eligible with occasional HQ travel to NYC.
