Lyra Health, a leading mental health platform serving employers globally, is hiring an International Labor & Employment Counsel to join its legal team based in London (remote). This role serves as a critical advisor to the International People Team and cross-functional departments, handling employment law matters across EMEA and Asia-Pacific regions with a focus on practical guidance in multiple jurisdictions. Key responsibilities include providing in-house counsel on employment agreements, workplace investigations, employee relations, compliance, litigation support, and managing outside counsel—working independently as one of two international employment points of contact. The ideal candidate is an experienced labor and employment lawyer comfortable with novel international issues, able to deliver practical advice across time zones, and proactive in identifying risks and solutions in a collaborative environment. This is a full-time remote role reporting to a US-based Director of Labour & Employment Counsel. The position requires strong expertise in international employment law, the ability to work independently on complex matters, and experience advising operational and HR teams across multiple jurisdictions.
