Required qualifications include 10+ years in AI/ML/data roles with 5+ years as a senior leader managing large technical teams, proven track record executing enterprise data and AI strategies with quantifiable outcomes, and deep expertise in modern cloud data architecture (AWS preferred), data warehousing (Snowflake preferred), and the full ML/GenAI lifecycle at scale. This is a fully remote position in the United States with significant strategic scope, including board-level visibility and cross-functional partnership with Product, Engineering, and Clinical leadership.
