Outreach is hiring a Staff Software Engineer for their new Intelligence Tooling & Enablement team, an internal platform group tasked with modernizing the engineering organization through AI-driven solutions and developer tooling. The role involves building AI solutions integrated into the development lifecycle, creating internal frameworks and SDKs, evaluating emerging AI tools, and establishing operational excellence standards across engineering teams. You'll need substantial experience maintaining shared/open-source libraries, proficiency with Kubernetes and container workflows, hands-on expertise with Golang, and familiarity with modern AI technologies including LLMs and coding assistants; experience with TypeScript, Python, and Ruby is also valued.
