This senior individual contributor role, based in India's US FP&A Shared Services Center, owns end-to-end sales commission administration for the US sales organization, including SPIFF platform management, monthly commission reviews, quarterly true-ups, and payroll coordination. Key responsibilities span commission calculations and validation, cross-functional stakeholder partnership with sales leadership and finance teams, financial controls and accruals support, and driving process automation and improvement. Required experience includes 8–12+ years in FP&A, Sales Finance, or Commissions Administration with hands-on SPIFF platform experience, advanced Excel proficiency, and strong understanding of bookings, revenue recognition, and payroll integration; prior US sales organization support is strongly preferred. The role operates on a 2:00 PM–11:00 PM IST schedule (or 3:00 PM–12:00 AM IST) and demands exceptional attention to detail, independent ownership of high-risk processes, and clear communication with senior US-based stakeholders.
