Imagine influencing healthcare decisions that expand patient access to innovative medicines across Canada. As the Lead, Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR), you will shape evidence and value strategies that demonstrate the clinical, economic, and patient-centered impact of Novartis therapies. Working at the intersection of science, market access, and healthcare policy, you will partner with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to generate robust evidence that informs reimbursement, market access, product launches, and ultimately improves patient outcomes.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute HEOR strategies aligned with business and patient access objectives.
Design and oversee economic and outcomes research studies.
Generate evidence supporting reimbursement and market access decisions.
Analyze clinical, economic, and real-world evidence data.
Partner with Medical, Market Access, Commercial, and Global HEOR teams.
Communicate evidence through scientific presentations, publications, and stakeholder engagements.
Support product launches with strategic value and evidence-generation plans.
Essential Requirements
Advanced experience in health economics and outcomes research.
Strong knowledge of the Canadian healthcare and reimbursement landscape.
Experience conducting health technology assessments and evidence reviews.
Demonstrated expertise in economic modeling and outcomes evaluation methodologies.
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting complex healthcare data.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across functions.
Desirable Requirements
Experience supporting new product launches and innovation initiatives.
Familiarity with real-world evidence generation and market access strategies.
