• Strong experience with:

  • TACL scripting (OBEY files, commands, job control)
  • Batch processing and scheduling systems
• Deep understanding of:
  • job dependencies
  • execution flows
  • restart/recovery mechanisms
  • file-based batch workflows

✅ Batch & Operations Expertise

• Experience managing complex batch operations in enterprise systems
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for batch failures
• Experience in performance tuning of batch jobs
• Understanding of operational SLAs and batch windows

✅ Modernization Awareness

• Exposure to legacy-to-cloud modernization programs
• Understanding of how batch processes are transformed into:
  • modern workflows
  • event-driven or scheduled cloud jobs
• Ability to map legacy execution patterns to modern solutions

✅ Data & File Processing

• Experience with fixed-width file formats, flat files, and batch data processing
• Understanding of data transformation and validation logic
• Exposure to SQL and data reconciliation processes

✅ AI & Agile Experience
