About OLIXAI is growing faster than any technology in history and the explosion in demand has created a massive infrastructure gap; we can no longer build chips or power stations fast enough to keep up. The industry is still leaning on a ten-year-old hardware blueprint that has reached its limit. A new paradigm that is faster and more efficient will be the biggest economic opportunity of the next century and create the most important company of the next decade. The OLIX Decode Accelerator 1 (DX-1) is the first accelerator architected specifically for decode. Rack-scale co-design of logic, data movement, packaging, optics and interconnect enables a step change in system level performance. The RoleWe're hiring a senior infrastructure engineer to own the internal platform our engineering teams build, test, and collaborate on, spanning compute, storage, networking, build and CI/CD systems, and the security that protects all of it, while partnering with our IT function on identity, devices, and access across the company. You'll turn slow, manual, loosely secured workflows into fast, reproducible, and genuinely secure ones. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role with the freedom to define how internal infrastructure, security, and the technical side of IT work here from the ground up. If you care about engineering velocity, solid networking, best-in-class security, and a well-run technical environment in equal measure, there's a lot to dig into.ResponsibilitiesBuild and operate the platform: design, provision, and run the Kubernetes and bare-metal infrastructure that powers development, simulation, and testing workloads.Automate everything: own infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and provisioning pipelines so environments are reproducible, version-controlled, and fast to stand up or tear down.Improve the developer platform: build and maintain CI/CD, internal tooling, and self-service workflows that let hardware, software, and compiler engineers...
