The position enables business leaders to make better decisions through accurate data, scalable analytics solutions, forecasting models, and executive insights.The successful candidate will transform operational reporting into a modern intelligence platform through Power BI, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, automation, and AI-enabled analytics while maintaining a deep understanding of workforce planning, capacity management, resource allocation, operational performance, and business operations.This role is both a people leader and a technical leader, responsible for developing a high-performing analytics team while driving the long-term analytics roadmap for the Operations organization.Operations Intelligence function includes:Workforce IntelligenceBusiness Intelligence & ReportingData & Analytics EngineeringAnalytics GovernanceReporting AutomationOperational AnalyticsJob ResponsibilitiesOperations Intelligence StrategyDevelop and execute the Operations Intelligence roadmap.Define the future-state analytics architecture for Operations.Establish a scalable business intelligence capability that supports operational decision-making across the organization.Lead the transition from spreadsheet-dependent reporting to enterprise analytics platforms.Partner with Operations, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Delivery, Sales, and Leadership teams to evolve data-driven decision-making.Workforce Intelligence & ForecastingOversee workforce planning analytics, hiring forecasts, supply and demand planning models, and capacity planning intelligence.Ensure the organization maintains accurate workforce forecasting capabilities.Develop scenario-planning frameworks to support growth, margin improvement, hiring decisions, and deployment strategies.Improve workforce planning methodologies and predictive capabilities.Oversee utilization, deployment, bench, attrition, and workforce efficiency analytics.Business Intelligence & Executive ReportingOwn executive reporting frameworks, operational dashboards, leadership scorecards, and Revenue Flash reporting.Establish consistent KPI definitions, reporting standards, and performance metrics.Ensure leadership teams have accurate and actionable insights.Translate operational data into executive-level recommendations and business intelligence.Drive self-service reporting capabilities across the business.Analytics Engineering & Data Platform DevelopmentLead the design and evolution of the Operations analytics ecosystem.Oversee development of scalable data pipelines and reporting infrastructure.Establish a unified data architecture across platforms including:CM2Monday.comSalesforceAirtableOther operational platformsPartner with technology teams to create integrated reporting solutions.Ensure operational data is available, reliable, secure, and scalable.Data Governance & Source of Truth ManagementOwn operational data governance standards.Establish data quality controls, reconciliation processes, and validation frameworks.Maintain data dictionaries, business rules, and metric governance.Ensure consistent definitions and calculations across all reports, dashboards, and planning models.Create enterprise standards for operational reporting.Dashboard Development & Analytics ModernizationDrive development of enterprise-grade dashboards and analytics solutions.Champion adoption of Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Power Platform, and modern analytics technologies.Oversee dashboard...
