Schedule: 12:00pm -9:00pm

Introduction:

The Data Quality Team (DQT) at CSC is a high-performing group dedicated to ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across global processes. The team has grown into a trusted partner supporting critical services such as entity and document management, regulatory filings, data remediation, and compliance projects. With a strong focus on quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement, DQT plays a vital role in driving CSC’s global success.

Some things you will be doing:

  • Updating of internal systems and databases

  • Classification and filing of documents in the application following document tree and naming conventions 

  • Setting up of entities in the application 

  • Updating relevant client information in the application 

  • Appending e-signatures on various documents

  • Downloading registry extracts from various portals

  • Remediate, enrich data, and upload documents in internal systems

  • Review and process legal documents and records with a high degree of accuracy

  • Reconcile data between applications and report discrepancies

  • Respond to internal client inquiries via email or Salesforce Chatter with professionalism and accuracy

  • Assist in various Entity Data Management processes and regulatory filings such as Annual Reports, Corporate Transparency Act (CTA), and Business Licenses

  • Ensure tasks are performed with a first-time-right approach to avoid rework

  • Master assigned tasks and support quality checks for accuracy

  • Ensure adherence to audit-compliant processes and documentation guidelines

  • Assist leads in preparing and maintaining MIS and process documentation

  • Take ownership of various data projects end to end from extracting and exploring data, generating hypotheses, building a structured analysis, and rigorously evaluating methods and results.

  • Ability to create and share automated reports (weekly, fortnightly, monthly) using Microsoft excel, SharePoint, etc.
  • Knowledge of transaction profile and transaction monitoring will be added advantage.

  • Rapidly assimilate requirements across diverse data projects (ETL pipelines, data quality checks, reporting dashboards, migrations, integrations)

  • Identify repetitive manual tasks (data validation, report generation, status updates) and design automations using Python, SQL, Power Automate

  • Ensure zero-defect delivery by enforcing a "right-first-time" culture with mandatory QA checkpoints

 

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

  • Any graduate from a recognised university with 5-6 yrs of experience

  • Transactional or administrative experience (e.g., document review and evaluation) is an added advantage   

  • Experience in B2B customer service and/or legal compliance is an added advantage

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Logical and analytical mindset

  • Critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills

  • Good communication skills

  • Highly organized with strong time management abilities

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a quick learner

  • Team player with a collaborative attitude

  • Strong customer service orientation
