Shift: 1:30 PM-9:30 PMHourly Rate: $36.16 an hour + $1.00 shift differentialReporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will operate, maintain, and repair industrial refrigeration, boiler, and related utility systems within a manufacturing plant environment. You will ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of ammonia refrigeration systems and associated equipment, while supporting continuous improvement and mentoring team members. This is a second shift role, working from 1:30pm to 9:30pm.A Taste of Your ResponsibilitiesPerform operation, installation, overhaul, and preventive maintenance on refrigeration, boiler, and related plant systems without direct supervisionAnalyze equipment performance, identify defects, and initiate corrective actions to prevent major breakdownsMaintain, install, and repair boilers, pressure systems, and all supporting equipmentComplete work orders and maintain accurate maintenance records using a computerized maintenance management systemTrain and mentor refrigeration mechanics on proper care, maintenance, and operation of plant systemsSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and efficiencyTroubleshoot and repair electrical components, including alternating current and direct current power and control systemsPerform sheet metal fabrication, precision welding on stainless steel, and plasma cutting as requiredSafely operate power tools and shop equipment, including drill presses, grinders, milling machines, and lathesEnsure compliance with all plant safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsMaintain all assigned logs and documentationCollaborate with operations and maintenance teams to support production needsPerform additional duties as assigned by supervisory personnelIngredients Required for Your SuccessCompletion of a two-year technical degree in industrial refrigeration maintenance...
