As part of the Global HRIS team, you’ll support and enhance enterprise platforms—including Workday, ServiceNow, Kronos, analytics solutions, and custom applications—serving employees across 60+ countries.This role focuses on advancing our ServiceNow HRSD platform while contributing across the broader HR technology ecosystem. You’ll partner with HR, IT, vendors, and global stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient solutions that elevate the employee experience.We’re seeking a technically curious, solutions-oriented professional who thrives across systems—not within a single platform—and is eager to continuously learn, solve complex problems, and drive innovation across HR technology.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESConfigure, support, and optimize HR technology platforms, with a primary focus on ServiceNow HRSD, while contributing across Workday, analytics solutions, integrations, and related systemsAnalyze business challenges and translate requirements into scalable, sustainable technology solutionsBuild and support integrations between enterprise systems to ensure accurate and reliable data flowTroubleshoot technical and process-related issues while coordinating resolutions across teams and vendorsSupport platform enhancements, upgrades, testing activities, and post-deployment validation effortsCollaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to improve workflows, automation opportunities, and employee experienceContribute to HR technology roadmaps by identifying process improvements and platform enhancement opportunitiesDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, and...
