We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity.Skills and Competencies3+ years of experience in Software Development and support role within the financial sectorHands-on experience building and deploying Agentic AI solutions using tools like FastMCP, LangChain interacting with Azure OpenAI API, various other LLMs. Experience with RAG based implementation is essentialPython, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with strong proficiency in both front-end (React or Angular) and back-end (Django, FastAPI, Flask) frameworks. Ability to go through API documentation of any product and develop solutions using best practicesSkilled in designing cloud-based solutions across Azure, with experience in containerization (Docker), DevOps pipelines using GithHub actions, and version control (Git)Proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL, MSSQL) and NoSQL (Cosmos DB) systems; experienced in auditing and resolving data quality issuesUnderstanding of secure coding practices, authentication, and data masking; Familiarity with AI testing frameworks like LangSmith and Langfuse as well as code testing frameworks like Pytest is a plus.EducationUniversity bachelor’s degree or equivalentResponsibilitiesWork on AI application and agent development, integrating Python backends with modern front-end frameworks, and deploying solutions on AzureDesign and implement enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions, including LLM-based chatbots and business domain-specific use casesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, contributing to both UI and backend development while translating UX/UI designs into functional interfacesWrite secure, reusable code, enforce best practices, and participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.Deep expertise in artificial intelligence, with a track record of implementing advanced AI solutions to drive strategic transformation and operational efficiency.
