You’ll help keep our growing number of orders, procurement records and daily transactions organised, accurate and moving smoothly.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, communicates well and finds satisfaction in making sure everything is in the right place.What You’ll DoManage and update procurement records and supporting documents.Handle bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.Prepare and issue customer invoices.Perform data entry accurately and on time.Arrange Lalamove and other local deliveries when needed.Coordinate with sales, operations, procurement and finance teams.Follow up on missing documents, receipts and information.Organise invoices, purchase records and payment documents.Support account reconciliation and month-end closing.Help improve admin processes as MessengerCo continues to grow.What We’re Looking ForDiploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Experience in accounts, bookkeeping, or administration is an added advantage.Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable handling a high volume of records.Good communication and teamwork skills.Positive, proactive, and eager to learn.Someone who brings good energy and enjoys working in a fast-moving environment.Why MessengerCo?At MessengerCo, we believe work can be ambitious, meaningful and joyful.
