About this opportunity: We are seeking a highly skilled Operation Specialist -AI to design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions that address complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will combine strong engineering fundamentals with expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data-driven problem-solving What you will do: * Design and develop AI models, algorithms, and systems to solve business and technical problems. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into existing products and workflows. * Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights. * Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy. * Research emerging AI techniques and technologies to keep the company at the forefront of innovation. * Conduct experiments and evaluations to validate AI solutions. * Document processes, workflows, and architectures for clarity and reproducibility. * Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models use cases such as anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, root-cause analysis. * Specializes in troubleshooting and operating AI-driven chatbots and conversational agents. * Design, build and operate a digital twin to reproduce incidents, run closed loop simulations, and validate chatbot decisioning and automation before production rollout. The skills you bring: * Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or related field. * 3+ years of experience in applying ML/AI to production systems. * Prior experience working with telecom vendors or operators (Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, Cisco) or on productized telecom solutions is a plus. * Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. * Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). * Knowledge of deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and reinforcement of learning concepts. * Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation. * Strong understanding of engineering principles and software development lifecycle. * Experience deploying ML models in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and with containerization/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). * Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
