Ebizon is hiring on behalf of a client in the fashion and D2C space. We are looking for a creative and performance-driven professional to lead social media growth and digital marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns with a strong focus on sales and ROAS.
- Manage and grow the brand's presence across Instagram and Facebook.
- Create engaging social media content, including reels, creatives, and campaign assets.
- Handle basic graphic design and image editing using Photoshop or similar tools.
- Coordinate and manage in-house product and lifestyle shoots.
- Update website content, product listings, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and implement strategies to improve online sales and engagement.
- Proven experience running and scaling Meta Ads with a strong focus on performance and ROAS.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, content strategy, and current digital trends.
- Hands-on experience with Photoshop, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Experience creating content for fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Ability to coordinate photoshoots and content production.
- Prior experience with Fashion/Apparel/D2C brands is mandatory.
- A creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
- Someone who can balance brand-building with performance marketing.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
