Job Description
The Digital Product Manager (DPM) is responsible for defining, delivering, and optimizing cybersecurity products, platforms, controls, data capabilities, and AI-enabled solutions across Allstate's Cybersecurity, Controls, and Compliance (ACC) organization. This role owns product strategy, roadmap, backlog, and outcome delivery, helping the organization improve security operations, strengthen controls, reduce enterprise risk, and enable secure-by-design technology practices.The DPM partners with Cyber Operations, Product Security, Technology Risk, Compliance, Engineering, Architecture, and business stakeholders to build scalable, measurable, and high-impact security products that drive operational efficiency, compliance readiness, and risk reduction.
We have several DPM roles available across our Cybersecurity teams with various functional focus.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and execute product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics.
Translate security, risk, compliance, and operational needs into scalable product capabilities.
Prioritize initiatives that improve security workflows, controls, data quality, AI enablement, automation, and platform adoption.
Align product outcomes to enterprise risk reduction and business objectives.
Translate cyber operations needs into testable hypotheses, epics, and user stories; lead discovery and framing to drive measurable outcomes.
Discovery & Stakeholder Engagement
Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and product framing efforts.
Partner with security, engineering, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities and define solutions.
Translate complex business and technical requirements into epics, features, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
Serve as the voice of the customer and drive continuous feedback loops.
Product Delivery & Execution
Own backlog management, prioritization, and Agile delivery processes.
Partner closely with engineering and architecture teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
Drive iterative releases and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
Communicate progress, risks, tradeoffs, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
Security, Controls & Risk Management
Develop products that improve cybersecurity, control effectiveness, governance, and compliance.
Support control automation, monitoring, evidence collection, reporting, and lifecycle management.
Integrate security and control capabilities into engineering workflows and enterprise platforms.
Ensure products support secure-by-design and governance-by-design principles.
Metrics & Insights
Define and monitor KPIs, OKRs, and product success measures.
Track adoption, operational efficiency, control effectiveness, risk reduction, compliance readiness, and platform utilization.
Deliver data-driven insights and executive reporting to support decision-making and prioritization.
Leadership & Influence
Influence product and security strategy through data-driven recommendations.
Lead product ceremonies, roadmap discussions, and stakeholder alignment activities.
Mentor product peers and promote product management best practices.
Balance innovation, governance, security, and long-term sustainability.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience managing product strategy, roadmaps, backlogs, and enterprise-scale product delivery.
Strong discovery, prioritization, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery experience.
Experience driving KPI-based decision making and measurable business outcomes.
Strong communication, executive reporting, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Ability to translate complex technical, security, or business problems into scalable product solutions.
DPM-Expert Level
7 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Create, drive, and execute product strategy for one or more products in our growing digital product portfolio within the Security space.
Coach and mentor members of the team as well as members of the cross-functional development organization on how to collaborate and conduct idea generation, consumer research, test design and execution, measurement, product implementation, customer interactions and roll out.
DPM- Lead Consultant
5 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Responsible for contributing towards defining, delivering, and managing the lifecycle of one or more products
Lead Consultant assists with establishing strategic product vision, product discovery, roadmaps, and backlog to maximize the customer and enterprise value provided by their product.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, compliance, controls, DevSecOps, or secure engineering environments.
Familiarity with security operations workflows, telemetry or observability concepts, and analyst tooling environment
Familiarity with NIST, ISO, Zero Trust, or similar security frameworks.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), security tools, automation, AI/ML-enabled products, Data Science or enterprise platforms.
Knowledge of CI/CD, security workflows, governance, observability, and data products.
Security or cloud certifications preferred.

Compensation offered for this role is 120,000.00 - 193,725.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
