Senior Consultant
As a Senior Consultant within Oracle Consulting's Payroll practice, you will partner with customers to design, implement, and optimize Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions that transform how organizations manage their workforce.
Working alongside experienced consultants, solution architects, and project managers, you will lead functional design activities, configure Oracle Cloud Payroll, guide customers through testing and deployment, and provide trusted business process recommendations throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Success in this role requires strong consulting skills, functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll, and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers while delivering high quality solutions on time and within budget.
This position offers opportunities to expand your expertise across Oracle Cloud HCM, collaborate with cross-functional implementation teams, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to the continued growth of Oracle Consulting.
What You'll Do
- Lead customer workshops to understand business requirements and recommend Oracle Cloud Payroll leading practices.
- Design, configure, and implement Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions that align with customer business objectives.
- Partner with customers to optimize payroll processes and drive adoption of Oracle Cloud HCM capabilities.
- Collaborate with technical consultants, integration specialists, and project managers to deliver end-to-end HCM solutions.
- Develop functional documentation, configuration workbooks, and test scenarios.
- Support data conversion, testing, payroll validation, production cutover, and post go-live activities.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with Oracle Implementation Methodology.

Qualifications
Required
- Two or more full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementations.
- Experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM SaaS applications.
- Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50 to 75% based on project needs.
Preferred
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting or software organization.
- Experience with additional Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
- Experience supporting data conversion and HCM integrations.

CA: Hiring Range in CAD from: $81,700 to $131,700 per annum.
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $71,200 to $166,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
