Ecolab is seeking a Project Coordinator - Adobe Workfront Specialist role supporting our Marketing Services team in Global Business Services. The individual in this role will manage and execute end-to-end workflows within Adobe Workfront, supporting Project Manager and Marketing teams in delivering seamless, efficient, and compliant marketing operations. This role will act as the system expert and execution engine, ensuring all work moves smoothly from intake to closure within the platform.
In this role, you will be working closely with Project Manager executing marketing workflows including request intake, project setup, task tracking, time logins and closure while ensuring data accuracy and on-time delivery of the projects. You will also support Marketing Operations lead and Project Manager in developing and maintaining reports and dashboards on Workfront and driving efficient standardized use of the platform.

What you will do:
Workfront Workflow Management - Manage the full lifecycle of projects within Adobe Workfront — from request intake, triage, setup, execution tracking, to final closure. Tool Configuration & Optimization - Create and configure projects, tasks, templates, dashboards, reports and workflows based on requirements. Continuous Improvement - Support process automation and standardization within Workfront and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency through better tool utilization. Coordinate with Project Manager to ensure accurate task assignments, timelines, dependencies, and status updates. Maintain data integrity and ensure all project information is up to date in the system. Reporting & Dashboard Management - Build and maintain accurate real-time dashboards and reports for tracking project status, SLAs, and team performance. Provide data support to Project Manager and leadership for decision-making. Stakeholder and Team Support - Act as the primary point of contact for Workfront-related queries and troubleshooting. Support Project Manager, creative teams, and stakeholders in navigating the platform and provide guidance on best practices and ensure adherence to defined processes. Quality, Compliance & Governance - Ensure all workflows follow defined governance standards and approval processes while maintaining proper documentation within the system Marketing Operations and Process Excellence - Design and optimize marketing workflows, intake processes and delivery models to improve efficiency, TAT and cost optimization. Track operational KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
What you will need:
5-6+ years of experience in project coordination and work management tools Hands on experience and deep expertise with Adobe Workfront tool Experience supporting marketing, creative, or digital project workflows High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively Strong *communication and stakeholder coordination skills Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate insights Problem-solving approach with focus on “process efficiency” Exposure to Adobe Fusion and other automation / integration tools Professional working proficiency in English language
