This position involves cultivating strong relationships with hospitality operators, local chapters, and key community organizations to foster active participation and a sense of belonging within the Association. The manager will lead initiatives that encourage long-term engagement with grassroots efforts impacting the hospitality industry and serve as a primary liaison for community-facing activities. In addition to community engagement, this role is responsible for comprehensive board management and administrative coordination for two local chapters, supporting election-related efforts, and collaborating closely with the Seattle Senior Government Affairs Manager as part of a two-person Seattle team. The position requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities to ensure a well-connected hospitality network spanning Seattle neighborhoods.
