Director of Environmental Services

Role responsibilities

As the Director of Environmental Services, you will oversee daily operations of maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and environmental services. You will ensure the community is safe, compliant, well-maintained, and ready for surveys.

Requirements

Candidates should have at least one year of experience with HVAC and PTAC units, and general knowledge of building maintenance. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage workflows and resources are essential.
