We design and develop our Fixed Line solutions, drive efficiency through automation and AI, and implement it all directly with our customers. What you'll do As a Technical Specialist within our Fixed Data Services (FDS) team, you'll play a key role in delivering and supporting customer connectivity solutions across VodafoneThree's MSP, ITN and legacy MPLS networks. Working at the heart of our IP and Data operations, you'll be responsible for the remote configuration, commissioning and validation of customer services, helping to ensure seamless delivery and an exceptional customer experience. The FDS team supports the provisioning of VodafoneThree's core IP and Data products while providing associated remote access, transmission build activities, Layer 1, 2 and 3 testing, and customer reporting services. Depending on your area of deployment, you'll take ownership of a range of these activities while remaining flexible and adaptable to support wider operational priorities. Collaborating closely with fellow Technical Specialists and operational teams, you'll help drive quality and consistency through the development of local work instructions, knowledge sharing and technical coaching across the engineering community.
