We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Ashleigh Vets on a full-time fixed term basis for 6 months. We treat a wide range of animals with our Chorlton practice specialising in exotics and small animals, and our Sale practice being exclusively for felines! 

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Working Pattern

*40hours a week - Early and late shifts 5 days a week, with the option of moving to 4 days a week following training period - 1 in 5 weekends and a share of bank holidays (both morning only) - Minimum wage starting salary, plus paid overtime.

Experience in a customer facing role is essential and training will be provided.
