To support our team in Romania, we are looking for a proactive Client Support Specialist with a strong track record of delivering exceptional client support.
This is a hybrid position, but you should be located in Bucharest.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Experience working with clients in an international environment
- Secondary education or higher
- Fluency in Romanian and strong English communication skills
- Genuine interest in IT and technology
- Positive attitude with a strong customer-service mindset
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to Markit clients
- Manage client orders, inquiries, and warranty cases, ensuring high satisfaction
- Master our sales platform and back-office tools for efficient order administration and warranty processing
- Communicate with partners and clients to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support the sales team with global bid pricing and customer enrolments
