Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required as scheduled.  Production Technician III - Irving, TX The Production Technician II at Keurig Dr Pepper operates, monitors, troubleshoots, and maintains production and packaging equipment to maximize operational efficiency and maintain Keurig Dr Pepper’s high standards in safety and quality in a state of the art aseptic manufacturing facility. This includes preventative maintenance, machine changeovers, and making minor adjustments. This role will also be engaged in the improvement of manufacturing processes for the improvement of safety, quality, delivery, cost and culture. There will be a potential for domestic travel during the training period.ResponsibilitiesPerforms duties with a safety first approachEnsures work areas are clean and organized at all timesSet up machinery and replenish production materials as needed.Operate and monitor line for defective materials and perform other related work in accordance with line quality.Troubleshoot and make minor repairs and adjustments as needed.Record all data as required (i.e. charts, necessary process adjustments based on data findings, etc.). Perform standard work for Autonomous (AM) and Preventative (PM) maintenance activities.Perform machine changeovers and clean and sanitize all equipment   Total Rewards:Pay starting at $29.26 per hour + $1.00 Shift Diff. Where Applicable: Benefits eligible day one!!
