We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity. Skills and CompetenciesStrong track record (8+ years) in B2B sales or business development within insurance, reinsurance, and preferably within (re)insurance brokersDemonstrated success in driving year-over-year revenue growth through consultative sales of complex software, SaaS, or analytics solutionsIn-depth knowledge of catastrophe modeling methodologies, property risk analytics, and exposure management workflowsExcellent relationship-building skills with senior decision-makers at (re)insurance brokersProven ability to translate technical model outputs into clear business value propositions for insurance and reinsurance placement and related usesStrong presentation and negotiation skills, with experience delivering product demonstrations, workshops, and proposals to diverse audiencesFamiliarity with (re)insurance and insurance-linked securities (ILS) markets and industry trendsBasic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiencyInterest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.EducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field requiredMaster’s degree or professional designation (e.g., CPCU, ARM, CFA) preferredSales training or certification in solution selling or consultative sales approaches desiredResponsibilitiesDrive sales and adoption of Moody’s catastrophe modeling and property risk analytics solutions to (re)insurance brokers through client engagement and market leadershipPartner with clienr teams to identify, qualify, and close opportunities for Moody’s catastrophe modeling and property risk analytics productsDevelop tailored proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that address client pain points and clearly articulate Moody’s value propositionMaintain and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sellCollaborate with product management to relay client feedback, market trends, and...
