- Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Capturing invoices from time to time on CW1.
- Reviewing of all Trade Accounts and preparing payments according to terms.
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting suppliers.
- All Reconciliations to be saved on SharePoint
- Processing of SARS monthly Deferment accounts
- Accounts Payable Ledger Reconciliation and Review
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
- Generate reports detailing accounts payables status of all overdue transactions – submit to the accountant for review on a bi-weekly basis
- Managing and Maintaining of Cashbooks
- Checking Cashbook Reconciliations performed by CoE on a weekly basis ensuring that all transactions have been recorded and payments posted for the following Cashbooks:
