The opportunity
 

As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will lead initiatives that have a direct impact on operational efficiency, quality, and productivity within our Isolation & Components Factory.

How you'll make an impact

  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and eliminating waste using Lean methodologies and tools, including 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and Value Stream Mapping.
  • Lead and support optimization projects focused on cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and productivity enhancement.
  • Implement and develop the Integrated Transformer Management (ITM) and Continuous Improvement systems, with a strong focus on increasing organizational maturity.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes and implement Lean solutions across the organization.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report process performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement and corrective actions.
  • Provide training and support to teams in project management, reporting, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Promote a strong quality culture and actively influence organizational decisions and ways of working through continuous improvement initiatives.

Your background

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Production Engineering, or Process Optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and functions.
  • Lean and/or Six Sigma certifications (e.g., Lean Expert, Lean Master, Green Belt, Black Belt) are considered an advantage.
  • Excellent command of English & Polish, both written and spoken.
