EUV Structural Issue Project Lead
Introduction to the job
Lead end-to-end structural issue management for EUV scanners to ensure stable equipment performance and productivity
Drive performance improvement by identifying and resolving structural issues originating from XLD (Extreme Long Down) events
Coordinate and lead cross-functional central teams to accelerate solution development and reduce lead time for issue resolution
Role and responsibilities
Lead structural issue management for EUV scanners, ensuring timely identification and resolution of equipment-related problems
Analyze XLD (Extreme Long Down) events and drive root cause analysis to prevent recurrence
Develop and implement strategies to improve EUV equipment stability, availability, and overall performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (equipment, process, engineering, and central teams) to resolve complex structural issues
Drive end-to-end problem-solving activities from issue detection to permanent corrective actions
Establish systematic approaches and standards for structural issue tracking, reporting, and escalation
Accelerate solution lead time by effectively coordinating with global or central engineering teams
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as downtime, MTBF, and recovery time, and drive continuous improvement
Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a proactive problem-solving culture
Ensure knowledge retention by documenting best practices, lessons learned, and standard operating procedures
Education and experience
BS or MS Technical University graduate in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, etc.
At least 6 years ASML experience in CS support department for high tech products (i.e. EXE/NXE/NXT)
