You will:Program Lifecycle Leadership: Own the end-to-end execution of multiple complex programs, from facilitating quarterly planning, to iterative changes, all the way through to successful commercial launches of multi-quarter solutions and incremental feature deliverables. Strategic Alignment & Prioritization: Partner with Executive Leadership across multiple solutions to prioritize across solutions, managing scope/timeline/capacity trade-offs and reinforcing the prioritization framework when faced with new injections or displacements.Dependency & Risk Management: Proactively identify, track, and resolve program-level dependencies and technical complexities across teams to ensure seamless delivery while simultaneously mitigating risks and escalating blockers where appropriate.Growth Mindset & Process Excellence: Active listening through retrospectives, to continuously implement and refine planning, development, and release techniques, ensuring teams maintain high Jira hygiene and utilize engineering metrics to improve team health, efficiency, and delivery quality.Operational Accountability: Own the "quality of the solution" by trusting and verifying technical estimates, ensuring rigorous testing/validation steps, and making sure every issue identified in syncs has a clear owner and resolution plan.Your team will: We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Identity and Data Foundational Solutions team.
