We are seeking a Production Control Manager to play a key role within our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) organization, leading the design and execution of a leveled, pull-based framework that brings speed, stability, and reliability to our operations. This is an opportunity to continue to shape how we connect customer demand, supply chain, and manufacturing, building systems that perform with the same consistency and quality as the products we deliver. In this role, you will help drive a culture of continuous improvement, applying Lean Manufacturing and Toyota Production System (TPS) principles to stand up a production control function that is efficient, transparent, and built for long-term excellence. This role does not own production scheduling but enables effective decision-making on priorities, trade-offs, and capacity allocation across the network. Responsibilities You will translate customer demand into takt-aligned production strategies and capacity frameworks, collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to resolve constraints and optimize performance. You will support product launches with production plans that meet customer requirements, ensuring alignment to agreed priorities and decisions. You will develop and lead daily management routines and visual performance systems, driving structured problem-solving using A3 methodology, PDCA, and root cause analysis.
