Your Role
We’re looking for an Implementation Consultant, Data (German Speaker) to help enhance our training efforts across our suite of data products. We need someone who’s passionate about our customers getting the most out of their subscriptions. As a Data Implementation Consultant you’ll be focused on our key professional customers acting as a subject matter expert for Hudl Statsbomb, API and DaaS to level up users.
In this position, you’ll:
- Be a strong communicator. You’ll constantly push for alignment between the Sales team and customers on both short and long term goals.
- Educate customers. You’ll take the initiative to understand a customer’s workflows and make sure they’re set up for success with our products.
- Be the voice of the customers. You’ll understand the needs of our elite customers, provide product feedback directly to our team, and work closely with customers to exceed their expectations.
- Collaborate. You’ll work closely with Support, Sales and Education in order to surface customer insights and execute on the strategy for customer training and onboarding.
Location
For this role, we're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our office in Barcelona or Den Bosch.
Must-Haves
- Multilingual. You are fluent in English and German.
- Experienced. You demonstrate Data Analytics Skills preferably in a Sports context, skills including: Javascript, Python / R, SQL, Tableau, Data modeling.
- Customer-facing experience. You have experience working closely with customers, including training and educating them.
- Goal oriented. You are motivated by improving the customer experience.
- Driven. Your to-do list is no match for your tireless work ethic.
- Team player. You thrive in dynamic environments, remain flexible with schedules and communication, and actively partner with product teams to advocate for customer needs and share insights.
- A problem-solver. Your eye for details helps you identify, analyse and solve challenging problems.
Nice-to-Haves
- Hudl Pro Suite experience. You understand the ins and outs of the Pro Suite, making it easy to train our customers and help them get the most out of their subscriptions. You’re motivated to learn more about our product suite.
- Multilingual. You are fluent in English and German, other languages are a plus.
- Product development. You’ve influenced or supported product development in SaaS for sports.
Compensation
The base salary range for this role is displayed below—starting salaries will typically fall near the middle of this range.
We make compensation decisions based on an individual's experience, skills and education in line with our internal pay equity practices.
