How you create impact

• Coordinate end-to-end sea freight operations, ensuring shipments move efficiently and meet service quality standards.
• Serve as the operational link between customers, carriers, origin and destination offices, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor shipment milestones, resolve operational issues, and ensure timely execution of critical logistics processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation, billing, and system updates to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Drive process compliance by following global standards and contributing to continuous operational improvements.

What we would like you to bring

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in international freight forwarding, ocean logistics, customs processes, transportation coordination, or billing within a logistics environment.
• Experience managing billing and invoicing processes.
• Solid knowledge of logistics operations, Incoterms, and international shipping documentation.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong organizational skills, customer service mindset, effective communication, and results-oriented approach.
• Experience working with CRM or logistics platforms is a plus.
