Overview
Rehab Without Walls is hiring a Program Manager for our Neuro-rehabilitation program in El Paso, TX.
Full Time- 40 hour/week; Salary
Who we are looking for:
- A Program Manager with healthcare leadership experience and a strong clinical background in neurorehabilitation.
- Clinical License Required (PT/OT/SLP/LCSW/NP/LPC)
- Responsible for the overall performance of the clinical operations site and report to Executive Leadership.

Responsibilities
- Abides by and demonstrates the company Mission, Vision, and Values through both behavior, and job performance on a day-to-day basis
- Ensures that potential clients are screened prior to case acceptance, oversees, and ensures documentation meets requirements for reimbursement
- Oversees identification of the goals, challenges, and problem requirements of individual clients and their families and Conducts meetings to ensure proper communication between caregivers, intake scheduling, and service delivery and clients
- With the direction of the Executive Director, discusses operational issues, updates staff on new/changed regulations, and reviews documentation requirements, standards, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
- Works with the Executive Director and help to negotiate/establish local contracts with referral sources, third party payers, state/provincial/local governments, and ensure profitability and the effective servicing of all assigned contracts
- Assists the Executive Director and the specialty Community Relations Manager representative (if assigned), in developing an annual market assessment, budget, and sales business plan
- Provides support, direction, and feedback to staff regarding compliance to regulatory requirements and company policy and procedures
- May conduct case conferences and surveys to ensure the quality of service
- Directs staff recruitment and development activities, and conducts ongoing skill evaluations to ensure the quality and accuracy of their work
- Monitors staff and schedules, and matching staff to clients based on individual needs
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required
Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation/Counseling, Education, Human Services, Allied Health Field, or significant equivalent experience plus two years in a supervisory, administrative, or sales role with a minimum of five years clinical experience in health/human services
- Current licensure per state requirements
- Expert knowledge of neurological rehabilitation techniques, community health/home healthcare supervision and governmental home health agency regulations required
- Excellent organization, problem solving, decision making and communication skills
- Successfully completes any/all required pre-employment evaluation test(s) per policy in each assigned area of practice
- Able to travel and has reliable transportation to travel to/from assignments and work locations
