You will design intuitive, scalable, and user-focused solutions that simplify complex financial journeys. Working closely with product managers and engineers, you will transform ideas into polished experiences from concept to launch. The position combines product strategy, visual design, and user experience thinking in a fast-moving environment. This is an ideal opportunity for a designer who enjoys ownership, collaboration, and solving meaningful customer problems. \n Accountabilities: The Product Designer will own the design of end-to-end product experiences, ensuring digital solutions are intuitive, consistent, and aligned with both user needs and business objectives. Design complete product experiences from early concepts through production and launch. Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality user interfaces. Create intuitive experiences across financial products, including insurance, payments, claims, investments, and related services. Build, maintain, and improve scalable design systems, component libraries, and reusable UI patterns. Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure accurate implementation of design solutions. Improve product usability through continuous iteration, user feedback, and product insights. Maintain consistency across mobile and web experiences while optimizing accessibility and interaction quality. Partner with product teams to identify customer challenges and develop thoughtful design solutions. Take ownership of design decisions and communicate rationale clearly throughout the product development lifecycle. Requirements: The ideal candidate combines strong product design expertise with strategic thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced product environment. 3+ years of experience designing digital products, with a strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and visual design capabilities. Advanced proficiency in Figma, including interactive prototyping, Auto Layout, and component libraries. Strong understanding of design systems, responsive design, information architecture, and user flows. Excellent visual design skills across typography, spacing, layout, and interaction design. Ability to simplify complex workflows into clear, intuitive user experiences. Experience collaborating with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions and incorporate feedback. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints. Experience working independently, taking ownership, and delivering high-quality work in a fast-moving environment. Strong English communication skills required for collaboration across global teams.
