You will act as the bridge between cross-functional teams, ensuring that our products meet customer needs, align with business objectives, and maintain competitive positioning in the market.Key Responsibilities:Develop, manage and drive the strategy, roadmap, GTM, and cross-functional team programming for key product lines and services in alignment with company goals.Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, competitive opportunities, and define a clear product vision with prioritized features based on impact and business value.Work closely with engineering, product managers, and other teams to specify and deliver high-quality product releases on time, while translating customer and stakeholder requirements into clear product specifications as neededWork with engineering and product management to test and pre-release new products and solutions to early customers, guiding the process end-to-endBuild implementation playbooks, clinical success and support materials, and leading enablement of new features/services until GA handoff readinessCollaborate with sales, marketing, and customers to define product messaging, build support and sales materials, and drive sales enablement of new products/servicesAlongside sales teams, pitch and present the company, products, and roadmap both remotely and onsite, and be an evangelist/speaker for the org at industry eventsOwn the internal and external communication of product and service line updates, milestones, and priorities to internal...
