Role Responsibilities


As an Assistant Manager, Product Management within the Digital Product team based in Pune, you will support product strategy and own product execution and delivery management for digital product offerings. You will collaborate closely with engineering, analytics, operations, compliance, marketing, and business stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions. You will also:

• Support product strategy, roadmap creation, backlog management, and prioritization for digital products and initiatives.
• Translate roadmap priorities into actionable product requirements and drive them through the agile delivery lifecycle.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including BRDs, PRDs, epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other agile artifacts.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, refined, and successfully delivered.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, conversion, retention, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer profiling across corridors to identify growth opportunities and improve business performance.
• Evaluate and recommend enhancements to product offerings, processes, and customer experiences based on data-driven insights and industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, compliance, legal, analytics, and regional stakeholders to ensure successful execution of product initiatives.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, dependency management, and delivery tracking to ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Perform data analysis, data modeling, and predictive modeling exercises to identify opportunities and support product innovation.
• Contribute to the application of machine learning and data science concepts to improve existing products and develop new digital solutions.
• Drive initiatives focused on increasing Revenue Per Transaction (RPT), Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), and overall business growth.

Role Requirements

• MBA or Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputed institute.
• 6 to 8 years of overall professional experience with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in digital product management, agile product execution, delivery management, digital transformation, analytics, or data modeling.
• Experience managing digital products within FinTech, financial services, e-commerce, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of product management principles, including roadmap planning, backlog management, product lifecycle management, and new product development.
• Experience creating product requirements and collaborating with engineering teams through the agile development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of customer acquisition, customer experience, conversion optimization, retention strategies, and digital product performance metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to identify opportunities and drive product decisions.
• Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and business case development.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across functions.
• Understanding of data modeling, predictive analytics, and emerging digital technologies is preferred.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to innovate, identify growth opportunities, and drive execution.

Work Shift
