If you're looking for a role that supports your professional growth and your connection to a vibrant community, we’d love to talk.Local Team Collaboration: Join our team of 25 physicians and 9 advanced practice providers (APPs) at Peace Health Southwest Medical Center.Work alongside medical directors, clinical performance nurses, and a program manager.Qualifications:Internal Medicine or Family Medicine trained physicians are welcome to apply.Open to experienced or new grad physicians with availability to commence practice prior to summer 2027; we are not yet considering 2027 residents for this role.H1B candidates invited to apply; access to Sound’s in-house visa specialists as well as our licensing and credentialing experts; all required filing fees for the visa are paid and services covered.Scheduling: We offer a standard 7-days-on, 7-days-off schedule.Other flexible schedule options may also be available.We support one another by covering shifts when needed.Key Responsibilities: Our hospital has a closed ICU with 24/7 intensivist support, and we don’t require procedures or codes.Opportunity to work with Family Medicine residents.Living and Working in Vancouver Vancouver isn’t just where we work—it’s where we live and enjoy the perfect balance of urban convenience and natural beauty.
