WHAT WILL I BE DOING? 

What will I be doing? 

As an Executive Lounge Attendant, you will create memorable experiences for our Executive Lounge guests by delivering exceptional service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the lounge. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Delivering outstanding food and beverage service to Executive Lounge guests. 

  • Assisting with guest check-in and check-out while responding to guest enquiries in a friendly and professional manner. 

  • Creating a warm and welcoming experience for all guests, recognising VIPs and Hilton Honours members. 

  • Handling guest requests and resolving concerns promptly and professionally. 

  • Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented Executive Lounge. 

  • Setting up and replenishing food and beverage offerings throughout service periods. 

  • Promoting Hilton Honours and its benefits to eligible guests. 

  • Working collaboratively with the Front Office and Food & Beverage teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. 

  • Contributing to a positive team culture while maintaining Hilton's high service standards. 

What are we looking for? 

We're looking for a passionate hospitality professional who is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.  

 

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • A genuine passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences. 

  • Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage, front office or customer service (hotel experience is highly regarded but not essential). 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and team members. 

  • A positive, friendly and professional attitude with strong attention to detail. 

  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and confidently resolve guest enquiries. 

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 

  • A proactive approach to teamwork and a willingness to learn and grow with Hilton. 

  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays. 

  • Full Australian working rights with no restrictions. 

  • Full availability across a 7-day rotating roster.
