So, if you’re excited about using your talents to make an impact on the health and wellness of pets - we’d love to talk with you!Job DescriptionThe HR Operations Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate employee data and providing day-to-day support within ADP Workforce Now (WFN) for more than 250 veterinary practice locations. This role serves as a key resource for managers and employees by ensuring data integrity, supporting the employee lifecycle, resolving HRIS inquiries, and contributing to process improvements and HR systems initiatives. The HR Operations Analyst will work directly with the HR, Payroll and Benefits teams, and partner with our Regional Operations team and hospital leaders. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Serve as the primary point of contact for ADP Workforce Now support for employees and managers across 250+ veterinary practice locations.Respond to HRIS-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner, including:New hire registration and login issuesTime & Attendance supportSystem access and security requestsPaid Time Off (PTO) questionsGeneral navigation and troubleshootingMaintain accurate employee records within ADP Workforce Now throughout the employee lifecycle, including:New hires and onboardingPromotions and transfersCompensation changesEmployment status changesTerminationsEnsure complete and accurate data entry, utilizing all required fields and following established HR data governance standards.Partner with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and hiring managers to ensure timely and accurate onboarding and offboarding activities.Monitor file feeds and integrations within ADPWFN and identify data discrepancies for resolution.Generate and distribute ADP data reports to support business operations, compliance requirements, and cross-functional initiatives.Perform routine audits using ADP custom reports to validate data accuracy and maintain system integrity.Provide support for HR system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and testing activities.Assist in delivering training and documentation for new HR processes and system functionality.Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.Non-Exempt PositionQualificationsQualifications1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, Human Resources, or another HR data-focused role.Experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred.Experience supporting a multi-site or multi-location organization is preferred.Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience.Skillset Exceptional attention to detail and commitment...
