Account Delivery Management Supports strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the customer portfolio, often as part of a steering committee, to ensure service delivery is on track and major issues are being anticipated, identified, and managed. Communicates current view of delivery to customer executives on regular cadence, as appropriate. Ensures delivery team alignment and holds delivery team accountable for delivering on sales strategy. Ensures the use, reuse, and creation of intellectual property (IP) in delivery, as applicable. Supports and contributes to rhythm of business (ROB) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) forecasting. Ensures project's security and governance standards are cascaded seamlessly to partner teams during contracting, onboarding, and execution. Ensures that customers are surveyed for delivery satisfaction. Ensures the use, reuse, and creation of intellectual property (IP) in delivery, as applicable. Facilitates across organizational boundaries to gain consensus and direction on the delivery. Ensures that customer opportunities, questions, and/or issues are brought to the appropriate internal teams (e.g., Sales, Architects). Establishes accountabilities, when appropriate, to drive customer outcomes and ensure internal stakeholders are in place. Ensures Consulting Project Managers' adherence to internal financial rhythms of business (ROBs). Managers deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring. Enable success across boundaries. Ensures challenged engagements receive support and are monitored to execute against Go-to-Green Plans. Establishes operational processes and standards to mitigate delivery issues for the organization to adopt. Ensures methodology, processes, and quality standards are consistently implemented and tools are leveraged appropriately. Supports management and assurance of the all-up delivery of consulting engagements. Guides creation of ISD consulting deals which appropriately include Delivery Compliance, Privacy & Security (DCPS) package to fund Secure?by?Default activities. Ensures proper inclusion of DCPS package effort if participating in Enterprise Services Authorization Policy (ESAP) approvals. Establishes escalation standards and process improvements for practice and implements escalation management governance processes. Manages stakeholder relationships both internally (e.g., with Customer Success, Engineering product teams, Operations, Finance, local Consulting management) and externally (e.g., with partners and partner leads). Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 6+ years experience in consulting/professional services delivery, project management, practice management, or related field OR equivalent experience. Candidates must possess an active U.S. Government Top Secret (TS) security clearance and be actively utilizing the clearance in their current role. Candidates must be eligible for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). An active TS clearance with a current Polygraph satisfies the SCI-eligible requirement. Active TS/SCI clearance. Active Polygraph (CI or FS Polygraph, as applicable). Experience supporting classified customer environments within the Intelligence Community (IC), DoD, or Federal Civilian agencies. Consulting Project Management M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $124,500 - $214,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $154,500 - $231,700 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
