This is a staff role with an end date and is anticipated to last until September 2027.Responsibilities: Primary role is to provide support to show Producer.Answering phones and taking messages.Coordinate meetings and communication between cast and producer.Oversee and coordinate cast tracking throughout the weekManage the producers daily operational needs, including coordinating meal arrangements, handling errands and providing personal administrative support as needed.Keeping up with changes as scripts are rewritten throughout the week.Work across multiple productions simultaneously.Oversee the business and personal calendar.Arrange all travel bookings and accommodations.Collect and submit expense reports.Gift-sending, office organization, supply inventory & more.A high degree of confidentiality and discretion are expected in regards to all matters and documents.
