This role is for one of the Weekday's clients
Min Experience: 3+ years

JobType: full-time
We've grown largely through building a product customers genuinely love and telling that story well. As we gear up for the next phase of growth, we're looking to double down on performance marketing to create a predictable, scalable growth engine.
This role is about much more than managing ad campaigns. You'll own how we acquire customers across channels, experiment with new growth opportunities, and make every marketing dollar work harder. If you enjoy mixing creativity with numbers and get excited by finding the next growth lever, you'll probably enjoy building with us.
Requirements
What you'll do
- Own our paid acquisition strategy across channels like Google, Meta, LinkedIn and any platform that helps us reach the right customers.
- Plan, launch and continuously optimize campaigns to improve pipeline, revenue, CAC and ROAS, not just clicks and impressions.
- Work closely with the content, design and product marketing teams to create high-converting creatives, landing pages and campaign messaging.
- Build a culture of experimentation by running A/B tests across audiences, creatives, bidding strategies and landing pages to unlock incremental growth.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify trends and turn insights into actionable recommendations for scaling what's working.
- Own marketing dashboards and reporting, ensuring leadership has clear visibility into performance and opportunities.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, new acquisition channels and emerging growth opportunities that could become our next unfair advantage.
- Partner & Account Based Marketing - Collaborate on joint marketing campaigns, co-branded content with partners and execute ABM campaigns targeting high-value accounts.
- Own Outbound Email Campaigns – Own the creation, execution, and optimization of email campaigns to engage and generate leads.
What makes you a good fit
- You enjoy solving problems with data as much as creativity and aren't satisfied until you've understood why something worked.
- You think in terms of business outcomes, not vanity metrics.
- You have 3-6 years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns, preferably for B2B SaaS or technology companies.
- You have hands-on experience with platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads, along with tools such as Google Analytics and campaign reporting dashboards.
- You're comfortable owning budgets, making decisions with incomplete information and moving quickly without waiting for perfect answers.
- You have a habit of experimenting, learning fast and sharing those learnings with the rest of the team.
