We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity. Skills and competenciesSeveral years of experience across Data Specialist and Senior Data Specialist rolesProven background in data operations, data research, or data managementDemonstrated people management or team leadership experienceExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and complex data scenariosAdvanced knowledge of SQL, Python, Excel, and Power toolsExperience with data quality and reporting toolsBusiness-fluent English; additional languages are an advantageEducationBachelor’s degree (or higher) in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Business, or a related fieldResponsibilitiesThe Assistant Director is responsible for overseeing the delivery, quality and consistency of relationships and company structure data made available to clients.  The role provides leadership to Data Specialists and Senior Data Specialists and acts as a point of escalation for complex ownership cases and methodology-related questions, ensuring that they are addressed accurately and consistently.
